5 TYPES COLD COFFEE
Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Serve 1
For Coffee Decoction
1 cup Water, पानी
½ cup Coffee powder, कॉफी पाउडर
1 ⅓ cup Caster sugar, कॉस्टर शुगर
1/2 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची
For Iced Coffee
6-7 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
2 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
½ tbsp fresh Cream (optional) ताजा क्रीम
¼ cup Milk, दूध
For Frappuccino
2 ½ tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
1 ½ tbsp Condensed milk, कंडेन्स्ट मिल्क
5-6 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
For Serving
1 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
For Iced Mocha
1 ½ tbsp Chocolate syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
5-6 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
1 ½ cup Milk, दूध
For Garnish
Vanilla ice cream, वनीला आइसक्रीम
Chocochips, चोको चिप्स
Coffee powder, कॉफी पाउडर
Chocolate syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
For Home Style Ice Coffee
2 ½ tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
1 tsp Coffee powder, कॉफी पाउडर
4-5 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
A pinch of salt, नमक
½ tbsp fresh Cream (optional) ताजा क्रीम
⅓ cup Milk, दूध
For Garnish
A pinch of coffee powder, कॉफी पाउडर
For Coffee Freakshake
3-4 Any type of chocolate cream biscuit, चॉकलेट बिस्किट
3-4 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup, कॉफी सिरप
2-3 tbsp Chocolate syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
1 ¼ cup Milk, दूध
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream, वनीला आइसक्रीम
For Garnish
Chocolate syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
Chocolate chips, चोको चिप्स
Any type of chocolate cream biscuit, crushed,चॉकलेट बिस्किट
Prepared Coffee Shake
Vanilla ice cream, वनीला आइसक्रीम
Any type of chocolate cream biscuit, crushed,चॉकलेट बिस्किट
Whipped cream, विप्ड क्रीम
Chocolate syrup, चॉकलेट सिरप
Process
For Coffee Decoction
In a sauce pot, add water, instant coffee powder, castor sugar, green cardamom and let it cook for a while.
Once sugar gets cooked well, switch off the flame. Transfer it into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature.
Or you can store it in a refrigerator for longer use.
For Iced Coffee
In a glass, add ice cubes, pour prepared coffee syrup, fresh cream and milk.
Stir it with the help of a stirrer and serve cold.
For Frappucino
Take a mixer jar, add coffee syrup, condensed milk, ice cubes and churn for a while.
In a glass, add coffee syrup into the bottom, add prepared coffee and serve cold.
For Iced Mocha
In a glass, add chocolate syrup, prepared coffee syrup, and milk.
Garnish with vanilla ice cream, choco chips, coffee powder, chocolate syrup and serve cold.
For Home Style Ice Coffee
In a plastic container, add coffee syrup, coffee powder, pinch of salt, ice cubes, fresh cream, and milk.
Cover it with a lid and shake well.
Transfer it into a serving glass and serve cold.
For Coffee Freakshake
In a mixer jar, add any type of chocolate cream biscuit, coffee syrup, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream and grind into smooth.
In a mason jar, pour some chocolate syrup and colorful sprinklers on top of the jar.
Add chocolate syrup into the jar, chocolate cream biscuit, and prepared coffee.
Garnish with ice cream, chocolate biscuits, whipped cream, sprinklers, chocolate stick, drizzle some chocolate syrup and serve cold.
